Dried fruit production in Georgia

On the market is introduced Georgian dried fruit too, in Georgian language called as “chiri”. Some of the companies are producing dried fruit of apple, kiwi, tangerine, orange, Karalioki (Georgian fruit) and etc. Some of them are drieng up the violet flowers, which is aromatic supplement for tea. “Churchkhela”, which is Georgian national sweets, is made from nut or walnut stuff covered with “tatara” – made with grape juice, and it is sold on "Amazon" for 17.95 USD. The product of some of the companies are packaged in vacuum and test showed that they meet all standards for export.
